At Beeline, I led a full audit of the Responsive content management system where I streamlined operations, enforced a newly defined governance and elevated communications, process and productivity.

The companies content had no structure and no metadata. The larger the library became, the harder it was for users to find content.

As part of a company-wide rebrand, I preformed a content audit and updated and realigned core content to reflect the new brand identity across all channels.

I created and applied a metadata taxonomy resulting in reduced content search time by over 40% and significantly increased the ability to repurpose existing assets—saving both time and resources across marketing and proposal teams.
