Integrating Responsive AI for Faster First Drafts — With Built-In IP Safeguards

Challenge:
Our content team needed to accelerate production without compromising on legal integrity or originality. As we began incorporating AI into our editorial workflow, it was critical to address the growing risks associated with AI-generated content—particularly around plagiarism, copyright infringement, and trademark misuse.

Solution:
I implemented a responsive AI writing assistant to generate high-quality first drafts quickly, while embedding safeguards to mitigate intellectual property risks at every stage. This approach balanced speed with responsibility.

Coordinating schedules and tracking cancellations was taking up too much time.

I used AI to write the code that designed and developed this app to streamline the scheduling process for riders in an equine riding program. With an intuitive interface and flexible time-slot management, it allows program coordinators to easily assign riders to sessions, avoid conflicts and adapt to last-minute changes.

Built with both usability and efficiency in mind, the app supports recurring schedules, rider profiles, automated reminders and analytics for tracking each riders impact on the program.

I used Docker and Github to deploy. The result is time saved scheduling and the recapture of revenue lost to cancellations and no-shows in an easy to scale and update model.
